Super Bowl Sunday (February 4th) - TEAM UT returned to Dolphin Stadium to receive special "gameday" credentials that granted full access to all public areas of the stadium. After participating in some preparatory work for the NFL's "Super Bowl Tailgate" the TEAM returned to the "Touchdown Club" to work a pre-game party for sponsors and VIP's. The TEAM participated in a broad scope of operations. The TEAM's responsibilities included management of a full catering staff, facilitation of autograph signings with current NFL players, and guest relations. By the end of the party everyone was fairly worn out, but after a job well-done, the TEAM was rewarded by access to the "Sun Terrace" VIP lounge in Dolphin Stadium. Everyone had the chance to relax and watch the game with several venue managers and other key Super Bowl staff.
Saturday (February 3rd) -
Saturday the TEAM traveled to Dolphin Stadium and received their NFL Host committee credentials. Starting at 7am TEAM UT worked diligently with NFL staff and contractors to help with the design and setup of two NFL "On-Location" venues. These venues included the "Touchdown Club" and "Sun Terrace". The Touchdown Club, located just outside Dolphin Stadium was the site of a pre-game event for NFL coporate sponsors. The Sun Terrace was located inside Dolphin stadium and hosted several events before and after the game. The TEAM got some great experience managing the staging and operations of these events. They experienced first hand what kind of planning and organization goes into putting on events of such magnitude.

Friday (February 2nd) -
The TEAM had the opportnity to work the NFL host committee "VIP gala" Friday night after they arrived in Miami. The TEAM took place in one of the biggest events of Super Bowl weekend. Each member took something away from the experience as they worked side by side with the full-time Super Bowl Host Committee staff to manage the logistics and operations of the evening.
